Receive Kindergarten Prep take home packet

We highly recommend you register your child online before you arrive.

If you do not have online access or are unable to complete the online application before the event, we will have Chrome Books set up in the library for the online portion of the registration.
Please bring the following information to complete the enrollment process.
Birth Certificate/Passport
Proof of Residency (current utility bill or current lease) We will not accept driver's license or other bills.
Legal/custody papers.
Medical paperwork may be turned in during Registration.
KY Immunization Certificate must be submitted before the first day of school.
School Physical is due by September 19, 2026 (dated after August 15, 2025).
KY Eye and Dental Exams are due by January 1, 2027 (dated after August 15, 2025).
This event is for Erpenbeck Kindergarten students ONLY.
Only students who live within the Erpenbeck boundaries
are invited to attend unless you have already been approved for School Choice.
